The difficulty I had in coming up with this list was quite high because I am not used to thinking like this and don't really remember all of the issues I had with certain products when looking back. But once I began writing this reflection, several similar instances in which I was exposed to service and product bugs did come back in to my head. I could then more easily go from problems I had with services I use more often, such as phones and computers.
Most of your bugs also bug me. I agree that thinking of 20 bugs was very difficult. It became easier for me too when I began thinking of the problems with technology. I think that we, as humans, expect everything to be perfect. However, we must realize that nothing can be perfect.
